A Second Opinion Plumbing

I had a major problem with my sewer line backing up and Carlos came out within a few hours the same night. Unfortunately since I have such an old house he was not able to completely unclog my drain that night due to the fact that I did not have a clean out in the yard. So he came back the next day with help and dug up about 30 feet of my yard and replaced the old clay piping that was inproperly sloped and added a clean out for me. There were so many other issues with my house but he patiently worked with me to get me back up and running for a fair price. He is honest and will not price gouge you like some other big plumbing contractors. He was very professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Carlos and his son were great. Very efficient and helped before instillation, during and after. Gave us great information to learn more and did a great job on the installation of our water heater. He was very informative and knowledgeable. We definitely will be keeping him around. He also won’t try to scam you out of prices and will be honest and upfront at an unbeatable rate. Mr. Cisneros was hired to replace the kitchen faucet. As he was entering the house He noticed the water heater and noticed right away many discrepancies. He explained the issues and advised the recommendation. He was hired to come out again and fix the problems. He installed a new expansion tank (blue), Installed a new drip pan, emergency shut off valve, He welded the copper pipes (they were not welded very unsafe). Excellent Work - I recommend and will calling him back again.

We love Carlos and the work he's done so far. He is honest reasonable and even provided us with an excellent referral for a larger slab leak issue he did not do himself. He's our to too guy for all plumbing issues.

Carlos was very honest and real, just had him come change out our facet in the kitchen when he noticed hot tiles along one side of our kitchen, he suspected a slab leak, and sure enough it was. He referred us to someone he trusted with this, who helped us through the insurance process.
